Slow/no pay at Ibetcasino - part of Sportbet family

Hello all. I know this is my first post, so some will have their doubts, but everything I'm about to say is true. The General should be able to verify that.

I have been waiting on a payment of between 2 and 3 dimes from www.ibetcasino.com for what is now approaching a month since my original Neteller request was placed via their (Ibet's) online system. After waiting patiently for a couple weeks (they have paid me before, but slowly then also) I called them on Jan 14 to see what the story was. I was told by a Serge that it would be processed on 1/19 and be in my Neteller on 1/21.

On 1/21 I was called by a woman (perhaps Malena - spelling?) there who informed me that I would not have my money that day, but definitely by Friday 1/23. After seeing nothing on 1/23, I called and spoke to Jake - a man that seems quiet popular here. We had a friendly conversation and he assured me that I would have my money within hours of getting off the phone with him. Obviously this did not occur.

After attempts to reach Jake again on the phone on Sunday and early Monday (1/26) were unsuccessful, I finally contacted The General for assistance. He got in touch with Ibet and was told that I would be e-mailed by them shortly and my money would be received later that day. I was told that Jake is no longer part of the equation (odd since he had not mentioned anything of that in Saturday's conversation), but I really didn't care at that time since I was told my money would be forthcoming shortly.

Well, it's now Wednesday night and I have nothing. I very much appreciate The General's efforts and have not a bad word for him but whoever is in charge at Ibet is ignoring him just as much as me. Somehow Jake found time to post on this board yesterday but did not contact me as I believe he had hinted to The General that he would. As recently as 1/17/04 Jake posted here that he was still the GM at Ibet and has posted nothing to the contrary.

I feel it only fair to post this now as it might prevent some posters from sending money to this family for the Superbowl - money which might not be returned so easily.

My questions are for Ibet/Jake are simple:
1) What the hell is going on with management down there and, much more importantly
2) WHERE IS MY MONEY?!?!

I'm sure there will be some questions for me, but I must be computerless for the next few hours. I will be happy to share any other details I can later on.

Yes, and Bookmaker and Gold Medal too.

I'd stay away from all of them. Way too many complaints.

I'm sure its just a miscomunication of some sort.

Call him? On one of those newfangled phone things? Well, golly gee, I never thought of that Snake. I've been sitting here sending out smoke signals and telegrams. 2 quick questions for you though:

1) Did you read my post?
2) Wouldn't "thebigshill" be a more appropriate name?

Jake's answer will be:

1) You are a ghost, move this to the RR (until he finds out that General has been working on your case)

2) You didn't fulfil the bonus requirements (and when he can't use that excuse)

3) We have had some organizational changes and that's the reason for the delay.


And then all the mods and the shills pad Jack on the back for being such a great guy.

Get used to it - that's the way it works at the Sportbet group.

Although the General has worked hard on it already to no avail I would sure hope that you would work on it - particularly since the Sportbet banner is still flying high on top of this page. Granted, they are technically different books, but every representation I can find in the archives here represents the books as closely related and identically managed (i.e. by Jake).

I tried to call you this morning a couple of times. I have also sent you an email.

Folks,

Ruffian is not a basher or a one-time wonder. This is a client who made a payment request, and expected to get paid. There was no bonus problem. There was no rollover problem....in fact, this client should have been paid upon the first request.

Many of you know that Ibet and Getabet had a recent transition and for this reason the original request was not procesed, in fact it was lost. When I spoke to Ruffian, I informed them that Ibet had just become aware of the pending payment and I offered to send it immediately via WU (yes, we would pay the fees). Ruffian declined, and I offered to send the full payout via Neteller as quick as I could, once I refunded our Neteller account.

I spoke with The General on Tuesday, and assured him that the payment would be processed that day. I was off on Wednesday, but evidently Wednesday is when the account was refunded. I walked in this morning, and the client was paid in full.

I apologized to the poster and offered a means of compensation for the delay. I also apologize to you guys for not posting sooner. Had I known about this yesterday, although not in the office, I woulda posted and gotten this taken care of.

I hope that clears things up.

Thank you for the post and for your phonecalls. I fear that you guys do not have the right e-mail address on file for me and I will e-mail you privately after this post so that you have that.

Thank you for understanding my persepctive and for expediting things upon your return. Know that I only posted here at what I thought was a last resort - when I was not hearing back from you (probably due to this wrong e-mail address you have), Pete was not hearing back from you and I was hearing that you may or may not be involved with Ibet anymore. You seemed like a stand-up guy in our conversation and today's actions prove that. End of story.
