Boy jeff I envy you. Sometimes I wished I lived in Vegas when the Stations JJ was around 140,000. How anyone can NOT play at Stations is beyond me!

When SUNSET opened their doors, a group of us pros(12-15) beat them for around a million bucks cumlative in a 28 day span on a certain slot carosal.......give or take a few bucks either way.

To this day, SUNSET Station is one of my favorite casinos/sportsbooks anywhere.

Fishhead I have not read a ton on beatable VP and the like. However based on previous posts Ive read at therx I really doubt most posters on here are playing +ev machines.
Additionally I was under the impression that most of the +ev VP machines were a thing of the past. If I am wrong about this please correct me.
The other thing is I count cards in BJ and can't tell you how overly paranoid casinos are abotu card counter. In 3 years Ive seen about 20 people try counting in the casino. Only 2 could count accurately. One of those 2 didnt know basic strategy which was beyond strange as he counted flawlessly.Based on the casinos BJ paranoi I would think that they wouldnt even offer +ev machines and even if they did Im suprised they let people who win continue to play them or get comps for playing them. It seems as though they would be a lot easier to track than blackjack.Once again if Im wrong about this please correct me.

yeah hey do you guys get management or the such who approach you and ask or inquire if you have thier card?,...so i dont go to the casinoes much anymore,....not like i ever did, but before they built their rat traps in detroit,...use to go accross the border to windsor and play,.......we use to get rated and they gave out a trmendous meal credit,..........my gooodness we use to load are tray up with tunnel bbq and tons of other stuff,....far more than we could eat,........................anyhow it seemed that the props driffted off, or such,...............................so long story short the guy who approached me seemed like a bit of a chump(so to speak),......i was going on like no sleep for 2 days,...really shouldnt have even been at the tables, but since i was just wagering a small wager 15-20 bucks and not playing numbers,..........my buddy was wagering quite large and playing numbers,............................now i was confused on why he approached me?,...with all that was going on i would have bet, he should have bugged my buddy about a casino card,............it was one of those things that we thought about later,.......i ended up making a very slim profit, my buddy just made a killing,...i mean started with 200 and walked away with 3150(that was after 2 kicks in the nads at the end becasue a female,...which i named tits megee hit her point twice),......well anyhow it was strange that the guy approached me,....i dont know if he wanted to see if we were intoxicatedf or if it was just a coincidence,.....just kinda figured he would have approached my freind before me:modemman:

I agree with the importance of using player cards in the casino. Some people do not and they miss out on good comps. As a saying I read in a book once said "Comps are the only sure thing, so take them"

I have been "semi-retired/retired" from the slot/vp scene basically for four years, having moved out of Vegas after spending 17 years there so not nearly as up to date as when living there.........but I have friends that are still making a good living playing them there and other parts of the country. Occassionally make a roadtrip to play certain promos around the country, but thats the extent of my play these days.

About your concern of casino management having a problem with individuals that are professional players in the slot/vp arena............for the most part, there is no problem. However, one will certainly have their run-ins with them on a routine basis if your in the business of attacking them on a daily basis. A few times have been called in the backroom and/or told not to play in their casino any longer or completely kicked out........but these instances are in the vast MINORITY.

In fact, casinos have no problem with one using a VP cheat seat if they like, but this will draw undue attention and recommend one try to avoid it all costs if possible.

Promo for Caesars rewards. Tuesday's in February get 50 tier credits and get a free buffet at Carnival world buffet(Rio). It takes about $500 in sports bets to get 50 tier credits (less if you bet horses). $500 in sportsbetting gets you less than 1 dollar in comps but you can get a buffet comp.

Golden Nugget Biloxi sent me $50 Bonus Play and 8 free nights. Think I played maybe 4 hours in 2 nights. Wouldn't take the rewards card at the sports book.
