Just to be clear, I don't have any problem with the rule itself. I agree it is a bad rule, but the books can implement any rules they want...they are the ones that are giving away the free money.
I'm only upset because I called in prior to making a deposit, confirmed the rollover requirement, and then after I made the deposit, the story changed and the rollover required more than tripled (from $2000 to more than $6100). I basically spoke to three levels of management (customer service rep, supervisor, manager), explained clearly exactly what happened, and they still wouldn't help me out (or at least their offer of a $5000 rollover was unacceptable). They did not contest that I called in prior to depositing, as I believe they probably marked it in my account so that they could see.
As for Mike, I'm sure that he could fix the problem and do the reasonable thing, but I think I'm just through for this season with Skybook. It shouldn't take coming to a public forum to get the problem resolved.

They change the rules as they go!! A week ago they had no 1/2 point for Basketball, then they gave the 1/2 point back, now, today/Sun, only up to $300. And you find these changes after you make wagers???!!!!! I'll be leaving after Football because next they'll start changing lines in the middle of the game?? I'm glad they have a thought out management aproach???? What tomorrow??
