I doubt they close-up shop, I think they just aren't making enough on hoops, but people will play elsewhere and take their parlays and other action with them, not bother to re-up, etc., causing a lot of lost handle.

Would they please take the free 1/2 off their website if they are only going to offer it on Friday.

This is horrible. They have nothing to offer for basketball season now. They were my #1 book for college baskets last year.

wow...I am shocked...
They only offered it up to $500 anyway......Seems kinda off that they would do away with it altogether except for Fridays

Hopefully they don't post the Saturday lines at 12:01 Saturday morning

it is a bit strange that they would change the one amazing thing (almost like a trademark for them) that gives them the BUZZ in the off shore world. They were the innovators of the free 1/2 point, never lose by 1/2 point again, bet with us. And it drew big crowds in to them in a short time and they went way up the top 10 lists to a top 4 spot I as I recall

now they are dropping it for hoops except Friday. seems strange.

sort of like a company like Rolaids "how do you spell Relief" making the pills but announcing that they will only make then with antacid on Fridays.

why give up on your "trademark" thing.

Curious how much giving the .5 point costs them.

IS

Better to make less money on good volume, than more money ( percentage-wise) on low volume.

It costs them perceived profits, IMO. However they will lose so much action by denying the half, it's cheaper to give it.

I have looking for an excuse to drop Skybook. I will clean out my acct once football is over. I didn't particularly care about their new decimal type pricing to begin with. With Cascade going to 05 juice, sky and other 10 cent juice are WAY down the totem pole for me. I will leave a small amount with their 07 book, IIS. Pox on their house. LT

Considering that Skybook charges for Neteller, there doesn't seem to be much of a reason to play at this book any more.
