Anyone else having trouble? I saw their sister Rio fixed their problems, hopefully this will be fixed soon if there is one.

The main -and only- bandwith service provider in Costa Rica, has encountered a lot of difficulties as of late. Beautiful timing!!! Yesterday in the afternoon, the master link that provided all books on the eastern side of San Jose with bandwith, broke. As a result most of the books that are located in this area were down for aprox. 1 hour in the afternoon. I hear there are chances for it to happen today as well.

Apparently I.C.E. knows already they need to stay up to speed for NFL season and they are running some upgrades. If the main links of these people fail, most books will be affected.
