It was possible to fund your Prepaid ATM account using Paypal. Will check up and see if that is still the case or not.

In checking with Prepaid ATM, they have confirmed that they accept PayPal/Master Card Credit cards for deposits, but to prevent any confusion in the process, we have opted for eliminating any mention of Paypal from our website.
