I already have Sky at a Benjamin rating. My cigar order was indeed lost, between departments. I waited a month for no reason, which was my fault. But to make things right Mike had Bob from customer service call me and let me substitute, I asked, a much better cigar, only ten maduros. They are Romeo Y Juliet. They are also going to expedite delivery. I knew where they were getting the cigars from so I asked if I could substitute. They let me with equivalent value. It all worked out for the best, they kept me happy, actually happier than before. You know what, I may seem like a total conceded A-hole at times, but I understand bad things can happen. I am not a squeaky wheel type. Thank You very much Sky for the excellent customer service. Will post when I get them...OF
