5Dimes, SportBet.com and IslandCasino.com are all the same.

Bookmaker.eu, JustBet.cx, BetDSI.eu and I think BetCris.com are all the same.

SkyBook.ag and BetPhoenix.ag are the same.

Are HeritageSports.eu and WagerWeb.ag the same?

Maybe some try to duplicate Pinnacle's odds. I know Fairlay.com, a new Bitcoin sportbook is almost exactly the same as Pinnacle. Any others?
