Requested a FedEx withdrawal last wednesday, 5/5, for only $1900 and they still have not sent me the tracking number.

Emailed Gorby and their customer service today and they havent replied.

Is this book having problems??????

fwiw they have been paying neteller wd's within 24 hrs as uaual...up till last week at least.

I do believe this was handled the day of the post. Sirbet was very quick to respond on the matter.

While we continue to apologize for our delays in your receiving your check I would like to explain our delays. Your check was ordered the day you requested and printed in Costa Rica on the 10th which you will see on your check when it arrives in the next couple of days. The check arrived on the island on the 13th and has been held in customs. (I am enclosing the UPS package shipped here with your check to verify) Due to confusions in customs we had to send one of our staff members to retrieve your check. It is in our possession as we speak and headed out the door. Please contact CSD for your tracking number. Once again I sincerely apologize for the delay, as this is not SirBets standard of timely payments at all costs.

I know someone who got paid a dime yesterday pretty quickly, so this probably is just an isolated incident

Thanks Corby. Please emal me the tracking number.

Also, the check is over $500 and its my first withdrawal in the last 30 days so according to your rules its free of charge therefore I should not have been charged $35.

Your customer service told me after the withdrawal is processed they will credit my account $35 and they didnt do it.
