Im sure it is just a bad day, but the following two mistakes BOTH happened today-

First I called in a few plays, after the readback I went to the internet to confirm and print out my plays, there was a 3 dollar - 6 team parlay in my account that I did not make. I called them and they apologized and corrected it quickly.

Minutes ago, I made four plays and got a readback, I went to the internet to printout my plays again- and , despite the readback being correct, ONce again there was a mistake, I played philly -133 for a dime and Philly -1.5 Runs +135 for a nickel, but the record showed both plays for a dime. It has been corrected but this is a little strange. Glad I caught the mistake both times in time

I understand that Sirbet also ignored a payout request.

I have never heard of a legit bookmaker making these types of errors. However, I have heard of STIFF BOOKS making these types of errors.

Sirbet- what is your response to this? Why have you failed and refused to respond to this post in the past?

It sounds to me like SIRBET took a shot...

I do not want to hear people chiming in about how "rock solid" this shop is. Instead, I want to hear a reasonable explanation that is well founded in fact and logic.

Thank you

Ham:

They both happened on the same day - probably some dipstick clerk screwed up. At least Sirbet corrected the problems swiftly.

I think dogball took the right approach to mention those problems. If other people seem to be having the same problems, and a pattern can be seen developing, then there's cause for concern.

How do you know that these errors occurred on the same day and what is your explanation for ignoring a payout request?

Again, I would like to hear it from Sirbet.

Thank you

Have you ever heard of a LEGIT bookmaker making these types of repeated errors, then refusing to provide an explanation? If so, please indicate the name of that shop. thanks

Mistakes happen, and I would'nt mind seeing them explain what happened. I've been dealing with having e-horse house quinella winners graded as losers three times since Saturday. I got on the live chat and had it corrected quickly each time but I would advise anyone playing these house quinellas to DOUBLE CHECK the grading of these wagers as there is apparently a problem grading them correctly.

I am trying to work with WWTS on behalf of my friend who lost $58K to them in 3 months, then was denied his "loyalty" bonus. It sounds like it may be a misunderstanding, but we will find out. How do you know about that anyway? pls email me if u like (edit)@yahoo.com thanks

-----------------------

While reading dogball's first paragraph, my eyes alerted me to the fact that these two errors occured on the same day.

As for this "ignored payout request", you'll have to enlighten me. I didn't see anything in dogball's post about that, nor in the link you provided, and my mindreading skills have drastically deteriorated with age.

Yes. If you want a list of them:

1. Take the General's "Every SportsBook There Is" thread.
2. Separate out the legit books that take phone bets.
3. Eliminate the illegimate books.
4. There's your list.

Please name a SINGLE (one will do just fine) LEGIT shop that has made these types of errors...

Please don't say SBG GLOBAL

As you know, the list of "every sportsbook in the world" contains many illegitimate shops.

If you are aware of a single LEGIT shop that has committed these types of errors, I would love to hear about it. Failure to indicate such a shop in your next post will confirm that you do not know of such a shop.

Thank you for your participation in this thread.

Ham:

I already answered you. EVERY legit phone shop has, at one time or another, made this kind of error. All it takes is putting in the wrong account number.

If you don't believe me, ask someone else.
