I would like to thanks Mr Dave (Davis) for taking care of me so well.

Due to some technical problems on their neteller account, there was slight delay on my payout. After the problems being fixed, they processed my payout immediately and also credit $50 bonus into my account for the inconvenience.

Most important things is they treat their customer like a king, they will send funds to you with smile, even you beat them heavily.

CLASSY ACT FROM SIRBET.

I unexpectedly & delightfully found the same "inconvience bonus" ...

.. along with an email & a voice mail explaining the situation.

I've had to beg books for 2 MONTH payouts & Sirbet went to all sort of trouble to appologize for a 2 DAY payout.
VERY VERY classy move Sirbet

No argument here either. Chatted with Corby a couple of times and always a straight shooter. Good crew over at SirBet in my opinion.

Glad to hear all this.

Good book I agree, Corby is a gentleman, but I do not understand why 4 guys with experience are praising a book for doing what they should do, a little customer attention, after a slight delay on a payout.

If you have something positive to say list it , but this is not a reason to applaud a book.

JJ- what specifically are you hearing that is great, instead of a hollow comment go out of your way and detail, facts will help more then you know.

Dog,
I disagree. Other books occasionally experience technical problems, but they rarely send multiple emails, voice mail & offer a nice comp as an appology.

The standard seems to be "shit happens".
I think Sirbet should be recognized for their CS efforts when so many books in the industry simply don't care.

I agree on what lander said.

Not much of sportsbook will pay you with a smile, when you beat them heavily.

Lander-

I see I am in the minority here, it is a matter of opinion and I understand.

There are a lot of analogys I could make that I think are compelling, instead I am going to ask you this-

Suppose you have a winning ticket for a sporting event that you made at the Bellagio. For two days you went to the cage and tried to cash it. For two straight days you were told there is a computer glitch and the machine will not accept the winning ticket , please check back.
Finally your ticket is cashed two days later, and they give you a gratitious gift ( 50$ dinner voucherwhich they expect to come back to them later when you play) to say sorry. They did the right thing, but are you going to write a letter to the manager thanking them ?, my angle would be different.

Hey, kudos to sirbet bc they went out of there way, but that was what they should have done and more importantly, we as players need an even playing field where we can expect the same reliability from offshore outs as we do when we wager in Vegas.
This was more about our expectations then the out, I understand where you are coming from.

GL

Dog,
I get your point, but there's a HUGE difference between being there in person and betting on the net. Now, if I flew down to Curacao and they refused to write me a check for 2 days that would be a different story.

Glitches are going to occur when it comes to internet technology - the difference in CS is how they're handled.

No big deal, I'm just glad they've sorted out their bugs.
To each his own.
