Powell outlined the basis of his decision throughly and thoughtfully. He talked about every level of the the primaries and the general election leading up to his decision. And Powell's words and thoughts don't come from some senator or person of office trying to earn votes. This is a man who is distinguished, accomplished and who's credentials exceed mentioning. Powell's decision on what makes a capable and qualifed president far out qualifies all of Limbaugh's talk radio experience combined.
