I come here, pay for a service, 25 bucks for a day, once in a while, post it for all and in return others who get different services post their selections and we end up with a wealth of information. I am willing to believe now that those bashing people posting the plays of services have some thing to lose. That is they have a vested interest in a certain service. Either they have paid for that service for the whole year or they are the person that runs that service and want more money from more people.

To be quite honest, how do you know what you are getting is even being handicapped. I had a guy who worked at my club telling me horror stories of what some of these "handicappers" did to people. Even flipping coins to figure out which side to release. Not saying they all do but the few who have, have pretty much ruined the industry.
Another note to consider. You sit down to play blackjack, you just read a book on the odds of when to take or not take a hit. The guy next to you is obviously going to play his hand wrong and probably lose, are you going to inform him the correct odds or just let him play it wrong? You paid to get the info, but inevitably you both are still winning or losing against the house.

Actually, it was those exact same moderator's, who started posting service play's,every sunday during football, they would be posting all the service's they could get.
And the problem is rectified very easily, you see the topic of the thread, you know what's in it, if you don't like it, don't read it..It can't get any simpilar then that my friend's.

Look up the term "statutory damages" under copyright law. Then look up the term "criminal penalties" under the DMCA.

The real horror story is that the HONEST tout is dismissed by the customers in favor of these scam artists. The people demand ridiculous promises, and get what they deserve, then *I* get bashed when I try to make an honest living doing this.
I also don't think any website should profit from the systematic posting of the intellectual property of others, and neither do the courts. Websites are NOT immune to copyright infringement by their users when they MODERATE their boards.
I have standing to bring a case myself if I chose, but I'm sure this site will put a stop to it before it ever comes to that.
