I really haven't used WU much in recent years, if at all, but I did try to send a WU transfer via internet and kept getting an error message and to contact customer service. I called customer service (getting to speak to somebody was an ordeal) and they blamed the CC Company, so I called the CC Company and they said they don't see any attempted purchase being declined.

I said fuck it, just wasted 30 or so minutes would this shit usually takes 90 seconds by going another route. Don't even know why I bothered.

I haven't gone to a Western Union office in maybe 15 years. Used to hate that process.

Then Fire.pay and Net.teller came along, and I was loving it. Easy to send, and 20 minutes to receive payouts with funds deposited into an ATM card where I could access 1K per day.

I can't believe how much this system has deteriorated for us over the years

They banned me for sending offshore. I think 5dimes recommends other methods to use that are supposed to be better. As we're seeing bitcoin is not ss great as some were saying.

Moneygram is cheaper to send then WU.. same with withdrawls

WU is hard to send anymore at most, if not all books now. They shut down several offices in costa rica. MG is the best bet.

100%. They have been blocking transactions for quite awhile now. They force you to comeback and get your money and if you used a fake name your money is lost. Know alot of people who lost alot money over the last few months.
