Not to be crass, but the deaths really don't matter too much. 50k vs 100k vs 200k vs 400k ....What matters is the more deaths is going to correlate with more societal/economic upheaval and disruption. That is the way to think about it.

Many provinces of China seem to be having issues with the 2nd wave already, so barring miracle drug and/or a gift from the mother nature, looking like it is going to take awhile for any semblance of a return to normalcy.

Personally, I was going off of the over under set by you guys. 10-12k. Yes, I do expect over 100K dead from this in the US based on the information I’ve received. There are going to be a lot of people sick. I don’t think people realize the number now doesn’t include those who are infected and don’t know it yet and how easily it is to infect others
