- You know damn well Al would be crazy enough to sign him.
- Raiders are lacking leadership among all that talent
- Has the renegade Raider personality!!

Brett will go to a team that has a future and possiable playoff intentions. That will rule out the Raiders or the Phins

With that schedule and Favre at QB a 12-4 record is a real possibility. Really the only games that the Raiders as of right now would be for sure underdogs is SD and N.E.

You really think Favre makes a 6-7 win difference? This isn't Peyton Manning here, this is an old, past his prime QB. The only reason I'd agree he helps out the Raiders at all is because I think Russell is currently the worst starting QB in the league, along with Vince Young.

You can add Tom Brady or Peyton Manning to the Raiders and they still aren't a great team this year. Do they have good young talent? Yeah they have some. I'm not a big fan of D-Mac or Russell, but they could end up working out. Their defense is pretty good also so that will keep them in a lot of games, but this team isn't making the playoffs with jesus as their QB, let alone a middle/bottom tier QB in Brett Favre.

Would like to see him in Minny but he will end up in Baltimore. If the Packers won't release him, he will just sit out.

you easily the biggest jackass I have ever heard on here. the Raiders were in every game last year and destroyed your Broncos once and had them beat in Denver without the BS timeout. Favre and Jamarcus are much better than the Broncos diabetic paper looking loser of a QB. And to show your absolute idiocy and insolence you believe that Cleo Lemon, Josh Beck, and Chris Redman are better than Vince Young.
You are an absolute idiot.

The Raiders will win 8-9 of those games without Favre.

1) I didn't realize anyone who thought Brett Favre isn't the greatest QB alive was a jackass. My mistake.

2) Cutler is a top 10 QB easy, saying Russell is better than his is just plain stupid.

3) I'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure Vince Young has the worst QB rating out of any QB in the last two seasons, so yeah give me Beck or Lemon over him, but Henne is the best QB on that team anyways.

4) If the Raiders are so much better than the Broncos then why are they dogs at home against the Broncos in week 1? Only 5 teams are dogs at home in week 1 and those amazing Raiders are one of them.

I'm hoping you guys do get Favre now. I can't wait till week 1 when Bailey gets 2 INT's, running one back for a TD. I was looking forward to kicking Russell's overrated ass around though.

I don't see why you had to turn this into a big thing dude. I just don't think the Raiders have a good team, and I think they draft worse than any team in the league. Just a difference in opinions, that's all.

i think the raiders "would definately" be a much better team, and win 6-7 more games easily if in fact JESUS was to be named as thier starting quarterback.

GOT JESUS?

funny, in his rookie year, he took an 0-5 team to the brink of the playoffs, losing the final game of the season to miss out on a berth. in his second year, VY brought Tenny to a playoff berth without their leading defender/special teams player and also a weak WR and RB corps.

clearly he's no Peyton or Brady, but crappy QB rating or not, VY delivers results. I havent seen Cutler or Leinart breathe on a playoff berth yet.

as far as Farve goes....he needs to freakin make up his mind and quit being all wishy-washy like some girl. jebus, man. just retire already! if you really are bored, get into broadcasting or something. if he really has to play, ship him to Baltimore. that'd be a nice fit for him. Oakland needs to stick with Jamarcus and see how far he can take them.

They're still scrapin him off my stucco.

I like one thing about Vince Young, and that is that the guy is a leader. But he is just not a great quarterback. He is not the reason Tennessee made the playoffs, the defense was. They have a GREAT defense which wins them a lot of games. You put Cutler or Leinart on that team and they would still easily be a playoff team. I know I'm probably in the minority here, but I think they made the playoffs in spite of Young, not because of him.
