Offshore is the only way to go. Best to have at least two accounts in case ya like middling from time to time. Haven't bet with a local in over 10 years.

I personally have 2 locals that I do deal with and both are legit outfits. The only thing that I don't like about both of them, is the juice sometimes for both outfits are off. Ex: On totals, if the over is -120, than the under should be +100 right? Well, sometimes it would be like Ov (-120) Un (-110). If you're ever in Vegas, go and check out Planet Hollywood's Sportsbook's board. You'll see that their juice is all jacked up too.

I'd take a local over offshore any day of the week. There are locals that are better than the others... I would "guess".

I have a local and two offshores. One offshore is superior to the other. My local is great. He doesn't sweat me if i'm unavailable for a week and I don't sweat him if he needs it. Be both know we're going to get paid. He does hit me with a little extra juice but he's not raping me on O/U's by a point and a half! It's not a problem with locals, its a problem with HIS local.
