I'm a USC Trojan alum, and I remember my alma mater getting beat up there a couple of times on night games. Place is an absolute nuthouse.

Still remember seeing Sanchez USC lose straight up as 28 point chalk there (Jaquiz Rodgers ran all over htem) but this year's Beavers squad is reeally bad. Like this UVA team...

Game is far from being "over" for you in the Bosie State - UVA game. Stranger things have happened. Scoring will slow down. You'll see. What number did you get for the UNDER you've played? :think2:

Yes, this year's Beaver squad "blows" in comparison to other OSU editions we've seen before. They are surely weaker than Stanford. However, Hogan won't be 100% and is actually a game time decision. They may hold him out as a precaution. If he plays, they're gambling that he won't tweak his ankle further on that dreaded FieldTurf (artificial turf). Plus, don't forget the potential letdown Stanford may experience coming off a short week after that really emotional victory at USC last Saturday. These are college kids. Anyway, I've capped this as a Stanford 10 to 13 point victory. Very close to the closing number IMO.

Got 49 in the UVA game. Like I said, already wrote it off. May stay away from the game at Corvallis. Hard betting a team like this edition of the Beavs at less than 14.... Lots of games tomorrow.

You know, as much as nobody likes taking one on the chin (chiefly myself) I still fucking love this shit. That feeling of competing - like when we were kids/students and used to play the game instead of watching it - is fucking great. It's not like the real thing used to be, but its a hell of a lot better than being a passive observer/fan. As Teddy Roosevelt said "the credit belongs to the man in the arena."

This game is a dead issue. You see entire halves with no score in the No Fun League (where insane shit happens every week) but not in college. I wonder what the live total is? I reckon it's in the lower 60s. Things don't regress to the predicted total in college like they do in the pros....
