The fact that they have real live betting instead of TV timeout betting is the reason it spins. teams score quickly so the odds change quickly.. Just have to be patient and get your bets in quick.. I'm probably beating you to some of them.

Can take up to two minutes before a bet gets accepted, if the ball didn't just go out of bounds around midfield. Never understood how someone could really extract +EV situations from there, since that "danger" window pretty much sucks out any value that might be in a line (if f.e. you bet team A to win and a goal is scored by B, congrats on your now active bet on A...if A scores during the danger time frame: Sorry, you were THIS close to making a good bet)...
