If getting paid fast is a requirement for someone, then
SIA is not the book for them. But if getting great dog
lines on a daily basis is what they want, then they have
just found paradise.

And in that aspect SIA is an A+ book.

To answer your question SS, that is exactly what happened to me:

Tuesday evening - request w/d.
Wed afternoon - receive confirmation email from Tina.
Wed evening - no money in Neteller.
Thursday - no money in Neteller.
Friday - no money in Neteller.

I'm not really worried though. I will call them monday, they will probably give me BS reason, and I will probably have the money late monday or late tuesday.

Nah, Doug started this thread to praise SIA....at the time he thought that he actually had been paid....

Like I said, I think it has more to do with incompetance/stupidity than crookedness/no money in Neteller.

let me ask, did you get the email by SIA (usually signed by TINA) that the neteller withdrawal is processed, but it is not actually in the NETELLER account?

Exactly, E-mail but no money, Signed by Tina Stacey on 1/5 at 6:07 pm. It seems SIA wants balanced action, so we help them buy taking it back at +105. The square bet -7 -110 , so if the book gives me +7 +105, I'm balancing their unwanted action, they still make a little.

They probably wouldn't like you betting the opening price with them, and middling later with the dog, but the fav opening line is better done at Pinny, with the late dog at SIA.

The one thing I've asked numerous times that no one can answer is, how does this book get so many squares playing there. They can't all be Canadian, must have more USA clients !

11 more games, then out of there for awhile. Another gripe with all the CBB games, use rotation numbers ...SIA.

do they acknowledge that they have not transferred the Neteller funds yet?

Wednesday evening they told me that Neteller transfers can take up to 48 hours after they are "released".

I didn't bother arguing with her....I figured I would have it the next day.

I will call if I don't get it by Monday.

I didn't argue either. I was pretty OK with asking for it Wednesday morning, and getting it Thursday 6-7 pm. I could live with that. Then they paid me in one day ( only time ever), and appeared to do it again, but it was false.

Now Wednesday request not paid by late Friday, is unacceptable !

What if SIA were a drycleaner. You bring them a suit on Wednesday, that you need for a Friday wedding. They say Thurs PM, you go there Thurs night , they say maybe Mon. :WTF:

I bet my balance on their off line of Sea -3.5 -110 over SL, rare for them to be cheap on fav. If I lose ( not likely) I'm done with them for about 9 months.

To receive a payout from Neteller, please log in to your Neteller account and select 'Withdraw' to request a payout."

I responded that it hadn't been processed b/c i didn't see it in my account. Grant replies, "We apologize for any delay; it may however take up to 48 hours for a withdrawal to appear in your Neteller account. "

I ask, "Why does it take sia up to 48 hours, while other sportsbooks can get the accountn credited in a matter of minutes?"

Grant replies, "Our accounts department processes withdrawal requests as quickly as possible, we apologize we cannot meet the speed you experience with other books. Please bare with us, your funds will be deposited to your account."

It is now Friday evening/Saturday morning, and nothing. I'm not surprised, but I am annoyed.

This is flat out unacceptable ! Nobody thinks they won't be paid in a week, but still unacceptable delay.

ok i emailed them today and they said, "We apologize for the inconvenience as we have processed your withdrawal on January 5, 2004. The withdrawal should post your Neteller account within 2 business days, because of the weekend; I would expect the money to post on Monday, as it has been sent by SIA."

I requested 2500$ by Neteller on Sunday night around 1130pm & got it today at around 630pm.......

I requested a 2500 payout from SIA last night and just checked my Neteller acct. The money hit at 6:19 this evening. I will request another 2500 and see if I get it tomorrow evening. Winding down from college football. The darkness is starting to descend over the land now that college football is over. LT

Still no pay here. It's getting ridurous ( Seinfeld reference). Mine is only 3 figures. I'm not complaining to SBR yet, but expect to see something posted there soon. They are quick to post negatively about SIA there. There must be others waiting nearly a week. I'm gone from there until next season !
