excellent post, obviously the show was a mockery but to be pretty honest it does not help us any to have a big face in this industry making jokes about what our own government did today. serious questions should have been asked by the host and even if the answers were unknown as they mostly are at this point, jokes about tonights bets should not have been the main part of this segment, which is what it seemed to be.

however I guess on a less serious note as far as publicity for the industry is concerned, gambling got some face time, which I consider not a bad thing.

Yeah gambling got some face time and it was treated in the same light as ambulance chasers with that mocking tout commerical at the end of the segment just playing up all the negative stereotypes that people who don't approve gambling harp on.

For all of the critics, Ken did well with what he had to work with.

I'm pretty sure he was surprised with how it was handled as soon as the taping was over with this statement at his forum......

Ok,

I'm back....

Hope you guys think it went well...

I tried....

Thanks for all the support,

THE SHRINK

hache i hope he gets another opportunity to express his views with another network that has a clue about internet gambling

I loved the way beck talked about how porn is legal on the internet and gambling is illegal

I agree kid, that was the one good thing the host did or said when stating that he had no clue about sports or gambling, but thought is was ignorant that they are trying to outlaw internet gaming instead of worrying about worse things.....

Well a plug for EOG is sort of like a plug for this joint as well! Most people are members and posters at both sites
