Shoulder Pain

Defying...did your shoulder pain resolve? Apparently I have something called "frozen shoulder" (adhesive capsulitis) and it's a bitch. Been going to p/.t 3x a week and no better. They say this can take years to resolve...it's kind of a mystery affliction.

That sounds horrible. That's way to long to resolve. Is PTmaking a difference?

My shoulder is MUCH better. It still get shooting pain if I jerk the wrong way fast. I've also noticed that my shoulder is extremely weak to the point its concerning. I am 1.5 months in. I was at the grocery store just carry around a couple things and it felt I was lugging 50lbs in one arm. my arm felt so fatigued and weak. I need to look into PT, love to get your opinion on how it's helping you.

My shoulder isn't right but it's not painful for long periods of time. I don't think i have frozen shoulder - sounds much worse. Hope you it feeling better sooner than a year!

it's a bitch. get graston treatment to break some of those adhesions. long term issues can progress to AC. did you have anything else wrong with your shoulder prior to being diagnosed with AC?

nerve damage somewhere. without actually running tests/exams on you myself i can't pinpoint exactly which nerve that is or what's causing it. i'd go see someone before it gets any worse.
