Give your available balance when you call in? I like when the clerk tells me my available balance, some books do not do this....

I would like to get your opinion on this?

A clerk should always ask for your account number, then your password. After they have pulled up your account they should say something along the lines of this:

Mr. Smith you current balance is whatever amount of $$$$, do you agree?

This covers both the player and the book by keeping this in place.

In my opinion all books should do that if they are a professional outfit.

I do not agree Mr. Tricks. Sometimes you are in a hurry so I do not think it should be given unless you ask for it.
