Atkins.....I don't think they should be worried. He'll just be faster up the court now which is scary.

My hefty Italian friend just lost 40 lbs on Atkins. He loves it. Misses Pizza and Scali pretty bad though lol.

I lost 30lbs on atkins ( combined with working out )

I am not a carb guy at all. no sweet tooth and don't crave breads and pastas, etc.....

It's a great diet to do a month before a beach vaca ( ive got mexico coming up in December )

good for Lebron to make that choice

lost 25 lbs as well, combined work out is a must, depending on your metabolism you can do 2-3 days a week and still see results

i don't really enjoy carbs much... love pizza and lasagna but meat, chicken and fish are up there too...

low-carbs, and very Hi Protein .... Hi like you can eat 6 Eggs and a pound of Bacon for Breakfast and then can have a 2ib. Steak for Dinner.

With Love at PF Cleveland isn't gonna go small and play LeBron at the 4 nearly as much as Miami did I'm sure. Changing your diet to put less pressure on your joints has extended a lot of guys careers.

yeah given the history of Cleveland sports and their luck, aids/hiv can't be ruled out.

Who on the Spurs was a "heavy weight"? Lebron shifting to less steroids/and/or LOL weight lifting to become faster and change his game. Smart move in the fact you can't use previous years video to scout him. His game is changing by the mere fact he's changing himself. Smart move.
