I'm not the OP, but nice try. You haven't gotten shit right in this thread yet. Like stated, it's easy to tell you used to sell cars.

Answer the question. Oh wait you cant cuz it is a blatent lie. You do not and never ever negotiated a residual. You must be in sales if that it what makes one a lier. Look at you. You lease and according to you get 4 k under invoice and yet you are saying how bad a lease is. Which one is it? Please tell us all how you negotiate a residual you blatent lier

You got me! Yay for you. You haven't answered a question yet. Car salesmen hate questions unless it's where the dotted line to sign...keep telling us invoice is the price the dealer pays. So I can't get 10-17% off MSRP either can I? Let's hear it...

MSRP is $31855, said invoice is $30800. What's a "great deal" in you eyes?

They're not losing $4k selling me a $22k car for $18k. That's what's the lie...

FALLS, you might recall I am a Day One P-1 though I am now in Florida and every car advertiser on The Little Ticket promotes leasing......Freeman Toyota, Grapevine Ford, AutoFlex Lease (oh yeah!)...D&M

Past month, "Rami" at E-Car One in Carrolton leads with that message......

Somehow all the dealers making equal or better money from direct sales are not getting on the air

yep. I do. hot leases in the metroplex!

cars are the biggest depreciating joke in history. sure, i drive an 03 Accord that runs like it's brand new and every one I work with drives audi's and benz's...but only a few of them should really be driving those...the guys that legit make 7 figures. I had a nice truck a few years ago...but it was practical and used for work...now, I sit in an AC'd office all day/half the day, and I would rather use that $400/mth on life experiences...which usually equate to overpriced food and drink...but nonetheless, I'm not bound to those costs.

i'm actually very glad the majority of people don't have an idea what is going on so that I can stay in the shadows and entire industries don't crumble.

Well i explaied it all to you on an accord lx but here we go again msrp 23,800 , invoice 22,100 , hold back 400 or so and hdg( honda ad group money), and last but not least honda guve the dealer 150 for gas. So net net meaning no profit to the dealer is 21k and change and you are claiming to get another 4k off and negotiate your residual which you admitted to being a lie. I called my buddy who manages a honda store and told him your terms, 200 per 0 out of pocket. He laughed

Pray for those people that have those benz, audi, bmw etc. That they leased so they can get out of those soft as butter cars. You know how many of those people roll up with check engine lights on trying to trade out ?

Omg. Stfu boss. Do you know how many times you have been proven wrong in this thread? It's getting comical. Please call your buddy who manages this Honda dealership and ask him what 20k financed at .9% for 60 months is. Report back to us how much he laughs when you try to convince him it is 7k and not $461. Math is not your strong suit. I sure wish my bank paid me 7k over 60 months at .9%.

Falls broke it done to you about as simply as possible as to why leasing sucks for the consumer the majority of the time. Go ahead and pay 31k (best case scenario) probably closer to 35k over 12 years and still have nothing to show for it on the 12th year when you turn in your 4th car. Awesome you drove 4 new cars and were restricted to 25k miles a year and probably had to pay a couple grand in overage on miles and dings and scratches.

After 12 years, I'll sell my Honda for 5k and start the process over again. You will own nothing and probably be down 35k

35k>17k I guess you won because you have a higher number according to your math.

You can drive a used BMW and it's not going to cost you much more than a used Honda. Depreciate at maybe 1500 a year, give or take. Those luxury cars cannot be purchased by most people new, but used is a different story.

I did not say any of those cars suck but you have to have money to maintain those cars and buying them new is crazy which is what the poster is talking about i think.

Just got it last month. I'd post the damn contract if my mom would let me. Zero down, $200 a month. That's why my mom likes a lease, she doesn't wanna pay more than that for a car monthly. I negotiate the selling price and residual for her.

Mis typed ? Sociopath! Lie lie lie. Now who sounds like a car salesman billy bob?

Yes and like I said, it's suppose to say down payment. I admitted that. you wanna get down about your math skills and options not being options? Tell us again how .9% interest on $24k for 60 months is $7k again, and how that $2500 optional warranty isn't an option again? You got used and abused by way more than me in this thread...Now just drop it, or insert whatever name you wanna call me here next I guess...

You negotiated down payment ? F*ckin lier now I have to go back and find where you said no down payment. The buyer doesnt negotiate down payment moron. You can buy the car with the required down payment after the price is determined. Keep it up you are gonna look real f*ckin stupid billy bob

That's right, no down payment, because anybody that pays one for a lease doesn't know wtf they're doing...
