I don't get it Rox, why would the Holiday Bowl and the Aztecs leave? I know the stadium isn't the greatest, but those two don't seem to require a better place to play. I know what you mean though about the stadium fights, I was involved for a short time on that whole Padres mess. I remember how some people said the city would get greater benefits from spending the $100 million plus that the city had to chip in on a library instead. Those were some silly times. Would love to ask some of those stadium opponents now would all those high priced lofts that are created millions in tax benefits for the city and drawing in more residents from outside SD have been built if they built a library instead...
