He was talking about building new (non-clean) coal power plants and was telling the truth. I got news for you, John McCain favors cap-and-trade and they are both right on the issue! This is what's called straight talk about cap-and-trade.

Cap and trade is a fair market based system. Why should polluters do so at the expense of everyone except themselves and why should we thus incentivize polluters over the non-polluters who can't compete on the cheap price of pollution?

Obama and McCains cap and trade programs are NOTHING alike. Basically, Obama has no cap.
