Part of the NBA case was that the "estrangement" between Shelley and Donald is a sham, so that's why she won't be allowed to retain any interest. She might choose to fight that aspect, and it may throw a monkey wrench into the works, but I suspect she'll take her 3/4 of a Billion and be happy, ultimately.

CNN is reporting that she has been ceded control of the team and is handling the sale, and that a vote of the owners may not be necessary.
