Police said a man burst into the Arkansas Democratic Party headquarters Wednesday and shot and killed the party chairman.
They said the suspect fired three shots, killing Bill Gwatney. Gwatney was a superdelegate to the Democratic National Convention this month at the Pepsi Center.
Police said they chased the suspect for 30 miles before shooting and killing him.
The FBI said it's assisting the Arkansas state police in the investigation
