He pitched a three-hitter in his last appearance againstNew York, on September 4, allowing only one batter to get tosecond base in the 7-0 win.The veteran righthander has also pitched well of late, allowingjust three runs and nine hits in 14 2/3 innings over his lasttwo starts.Ishii (1-6, 5.40) has posted an 0-3 mark with a 7.40 ERA in fivecareer appearances against the Phillies.
