The following is an actual set of lines from Pinnacle on the Leicester City v Liverpool fixture. One of these is a line only a square would bet. You have all the information you need, spot the square line.

Leicester City +0.5 -128 +250
Liverpool -0.5 +114 +105
Draw +215

To the non-soccer bettor these lines can be very confusing.
Betting Liverpool at +105 is the bad bet. It is the same bet as -0.5./+114, in that Liverpool has to win the game to win either bet. If you take +105 you are giving up 9 dollars per 100.

Most books will make these bets the same odds but for some reason Pinnacle hopes you will fall for it.

I see it quite a bit, I think it is because certain bettors will only bet one way and they adjust the lines accordingly. For many, the three-way lines and the asian handicapping is very confusing.

Betting liverpool at +105 and it draws i lose for the reason that i played liverpool to win at +105 and not draw at +215...right? thanks

Yep. The -.5 is the exactly the same as the straight fav in a 3 way line.

Don't mean any disrescpect to GD, but I don't think that makes someone sharp. Anyone who understands soccer betting and knows a little about math would know the answer.

Well the only thing you need to know about math is that 114 is more then 105

.
You see this things in alot of places not just pinnacle.
