azn: I appreciate you bringing up a counter argument to my play. Remember though your never as bad or good as your last game. This is where perception comes in and sometimes we have to look at all the factors that go into a teams performance. While evaluating these two teams I simply see huge mismatches in the trenches that favor LSU, coaches which will have their team focused for a home opener, and the weapons on offense to cover this spread. Does there pass defense worry me some yes, I'm not going to sit here and tell you otherwise but you have to consider they're not taking a cross country trip to start the season against a special kid like Locker. If LSU plays their B game they should be able to overwhelm Vandy. GL this week bud
Incubus: I really think we're getting huge value with Oregon this week and the line movement is a reflection of that. Just as with LSU they're pass defense was very medicore in their opener. I was not pleased on how Boise was able to pitch and catch. Now having said that Purdue's strength is their running game and thats something Oregon defends relatively well. I can get into all the other intangibles but just looking at this game from a pure match up standpoint I think Oregon can move the ball with more consistency than Purdue. Bottom line: Match up edge, home team, value, and good spot for a bounce back
Dave: Now you know why everyone transferred haha
