we can talk about the season and everyone can clearly see that the sharks are better. Anyway the Wings, which from this point on I'll be refering to as the figure skaters are a pathetic 0-3, all at home while the sharks are 3-0 with two of those games being on he road ( Calgary with Kipper in the saddle and the Oil fighting for there play-off lives. ) So, with that reasoning if the figure skaters make the western finals I'll take the SHARKS in 6 maybe 5. thoughts welcome and please Bushay don't say because Hossa won't let it happen. Thanks

I'm a fan of both teams and I can say either team winning. I think it would be one hell of a matchup. Very exciting.

I'll stick my neck out a touch on this.

If the current standings remain and the Wings face the Ducks in the first round. Detroit will never get a shot at San Jose.

....my one caveat:

With Anaheim's propensity to find themselves in the box and Detroit's powerful PP....Ducks would need to minimize the lazy penalties while not sacrificing their physicality.

Ok, now that fogginess is clearing up in your head.

And to the original post in this thread. That match up will NEVER happen because San Jose will never MAKE IT to the finals.

You guys are basing your thoughts on a very few frequent amount of games.

Your all smarter than that.

I know you are.

C'mon...get you a strong cup of coffee and rethink this.

Red Army Wings fans are relying on Hossa + the ghosts of Yzerman past.

Obe Wan Kenobe to the rescue.

You mean like last year?

Man, never knew jealousy could be this ugly....now I know what Yankee fans go through....Its not easy being the best.....:drink:

had a few when I made the post. I was having alittle fun is all though I don't think the figure skaters can beat the sharks if they do indeed meet. Having said that it's going to be hard for either team, shit any team is going to have a difficult time getting there. If things stay the same the Sharks would play the Predators who will prove to be a tough out and the Figure Skaters vs the Ducks, not sure thats who they would chose for a first round match-up. Flip a coin with the other two match-ups.

Good Luck today.
