Sharks-Flyers Games Early Start

Not sure if this has been mentioned yet but the start time for the San Jose-Philadelphia Flyers NHL game has been moved up to 4 p.m. est because of the World Series.

My error Adam and thanks for correcting me.
By the same token, you have to wonder what the heck is the diffe3rence between that game on the 25th and today's game. The world Series is still on both days and I'm sure the fans in Philly, going to the Flyers game today, would like to watch game one of the World Series as well.

tonights game is in TB and on the 25th its in PHI so i guess they don't want the 2 sports conflicting try and get fans to goto both games.

I suppose but I was basically referring to Holmgrem's comments when he said the time change will give people a chance to view the World Series on the 25th.
Well really Paul, what about today, do you not think the fans would like to see game one of the series as well as game three?

They wouldn't reschedule a game time just so fans can watch a different sport on tv. It's different when the baseball game is actually @ Philadelphia so people still can watch their team @ home in the world series or even go to both games depending on the time differences.
