Shania had a concert here on Tuesday and as usually (in Canada, I think) she wears a local hockey team jersey during the show, and she did it in Helsinki also.
Booing started when she ran to the stage for encore wearing Jokerit (team from Helsinki) jersey.
"What, why you are booing for your own team?", she asked amazed.
Then she gave microphone to someone in the audience.
"I'm from Turku, my team is TPS", was an answer.
"Aha, so you support teams based where you live at", Shania said and started to laugh.
It was her only concert in Finland so there were people from other towns too and there are two other teams (HIFK and Blues) from the capital area playing in hockey league. It seems like someone forgot to tell those things to her.
