Based on today's "nutri-bullet" shake-up Saturday, does any of this seem about right to you?
Or do you think we might need a "George Foreman Grill" to drain away some extra grease?

The following is based on the AP poll with plenty of influence from the USA-Today poll. This
just goes to show how bad we have had it since being forced to submit to the rule of the poll
when the BCS was originally put in charge of everything.

How utterly meaningless but not necessarily irrelevant this kind of crap has been in the past.

1. FSU
2. Auburn (if)
3. Baylor
4. UCLA (if)

5. Notre Dame
6. Ole Miss.
7. Mich. St.
8. Nebraska (if)
9. Miss. St.
10 UGA (if)

#7 and #10 have one loss. The other 8 teams remain
undefeated at the time of this post. I am sure that a
few teams are out of place... my apologies if it is so.

Lurking: (most are previously ranked one-loss teams)

Oklahoma
Alabama
Oregon
USC
OSU
TAMU
Arizona (5-0)

Stanford has been eliminated from consideration for the
time being because they have lost twice.

I would put ole miss up there in 4 and Miss st in 5, much more impressive wins IMO.. i think its going to be a year where everyone has one loss though so it may be ruff for some of the teams who lose late in the year.

I think by year end you will have the conf champs of SEC, Pac12, BIG, and ACC in there. I am thinking SEC winner who could be one of many, Oregon, Michigan State, and FSU.. I dont think the Big 12 winner can get in there unless Baylor runs the table. If FSU keeps up the sloppy play they could end up with a loss somewhere which i think would be enough to knock them out and put in Big 12 Winner.

Just my thoughts as I sit here watching some horrible football tonight..

you dont think they will get healthy? would be a shame, when healthy they could be just as good as anyone else out there.... will QB leave this year?

we might get 1back next week.. probably not enough to get back in sync for UCLA.. Mariota won't be back, especially likely #1 pick in draft

If they go undefeated they deserve to be in top 4 .but they won't so I'm not worried. So far they beat rice mich Purdue syr and lucky to barely beat Stanford. I personally don't think by seasons end they will be a top 4 team but it will all play out in the end so we will see.

Both coaches stated weather was a huge factor.

ND dominated this game in every category. Held Stanford to 47 rushing yards and 205 total yards....with mostly freshmen and sophmores. Stanford is loaded on both sides with 4 and 5 year seniors. This was their last shot for quite awhile.

I'm blinded by hate
Same here sooner. Use to be a big fan when I was little . Loved Ara and Devine. But then everything changed for me as I began to see Notre dame actually belived they were better than everyone else. Hasn't upset me a bit that their program has been irrelevant for 20 yrs now.

As bad as ND has been for 20 years, it's only the haters who have kept ND relevant and on TV every week.

TY cheersgif we will take it from here.
