I have the same 1* to 5* ratings, only really release on my site 3* to 5*.

In addition, I have a 3 year database I work on and play trend angles. So, they are rated seperately, but I hit 67.4% last year with them.

There is no best capper. There are cappers who get hot from time to time. One I look for consistently is Dr. Bob. He is very honest and only uses math models. His record is on his site. He was not very good the past two years but has some excellent years. Here is his record for both NBA and NCAA
