But bet why not contribute instead of riding on everyone else's money

We all appreciate you're donating to the forum, but in some respects you may be right, people logging on & stealing picks, but I'll guarantee you that everybody I know that posts on this forum buys picks to share on their own & some group together for expensive picks for everyone's perusal. Don't think your the Lone Ranger. Eagle, CPW, myself, & many more contribute-that's what this forum is about. My paid site has the SF Giants +110 w/ Sanchez & Boston 93-81 more about the under than the game unless you want to tease Boston -4.5 w/ un 187.5 as I am. In college football when there are over 300 gms. you can find a few bad lines, when it comes down to 1 or 2 gms. the line is pretty sharp & that's when to start teasing. I've been doing this 52 yrs. & you sound like a youngster. I'm 60 yrs. old, as my parents always told me-listen to your elders. Again thx for contributing.

If i wasnt in university i would spend 50$ a day on these guys picks for sure.. Its not like the work you guys are putting into this thread is not appriciated, it is every so greatly... But the people who have more money then us college students are looked upon to step up, and help everyone out. But im not one too beg for plays, w/e becomes available i am more then happy with, but if someone wants a winner, i do beleive rose benjamin has one at stu feiners web site..
thanks for all the hard work the guys, it is appriciated, by me at least

Guys, give the college kid a chance, it will be rewarded. I made $1.35 in college & turned out ok. Minimum wage in this COUNTRY is $5.25 per hr. Those of us lucky enough to live in enlightened states have a LIVING WAGE which can be anywhere from $8 to $13 per hr. depending upon where you live. We were all there once, give the kid a break, he might turn out to be the next CPaW. Who knows?

NBA Basketball
Cleveland/Boston Under 182.5
Boston played a longer than expected series against the Hawks, but one thing you cant pin negatively on the Celtics was there home defense. Boston plays great defense at home and game one should be a feeling out game from both sides. Both games in Boston this year have gone under the total. This line opened at 184 and now is dropping. Vegas knows better than to drop a total in the NBA Playoffs when everyone is betting the overs anyway. Look for a tight defensive game. Take the Under.

MTi's SIDE PLAY OF THE DAY (5-Star)!!
Only $15 and GUARANTEED to win. 5-Star LA Angels +120 over KANSAS CITY - We're getting a great price here because young Nick Adenhart got a case of the jitters in his major league debut and was roughed up pretty good by the A's.
But the Angels are a team that can score some runs of their own and Brian Bannister not is a pitcher than can shut down the Angels' bats. Bannister did start the season very well, but has struggled a bit recently. The Halos' bats should be able to give Adenhart some runs to work with.
Yesterday, Ervin Santana shutout the Royals 4-0 and LA is the best team in the league when their opponent has immediate revenge for a shutout. In fact, the Angels are 25-7 vs a team that they shutout yesterday, including a perfect 2-0 this season.
This is the first time in 15 straight games that the Angels have been a dog to the Royals. This is one of those game that you'll look back at a couple of years from now and wonder, "How in the heck were the Royals favored over Adenhart and the Angels?" The 21-year old Adenhart has been the Angel's best minor-league prospect for a couple of years now. Sometimes, the best thing for a young inexperienced pitcher is to start a game on the road, away from distractions. Tonight, he'll show them what he's got. Grab the price. Angels 7-4

4-Star Philadelphia +130 over ARIZONA -- Yesterday, the Phillies hammered the D-Backs 11-4. Philadelphia is a decent sized dog here, as many expect Arizona to respond favorably to the beating they took yesterday. However, the evidence points to another Phillies' win. Philadelphia is a solid 23-9 after a 7+ run win, including 8-2 their last 10. On the contrary, the Snakes are a poor 11-16 as a home favorite after a 5+ run loss.
In Eaton's last start, he allowed two first inning runs to the Padres and then settled down thereafter. His offense came through and they won the game 3-2. The Phillies are a great investment in this spot. Not only are they a fantastic 31-17 as a DOG when they came back from a deficit to win in their starter's last start, they are 36-22 when they won by one run in their starter's last start.
Johnson is not the pitcher he used to be and we are getting great line value. The Phillies are the team on which to be here.

4-Star Boston at Detroit UNDER 10 - The Red Sox are off two wins in which they never trailed and their offense tend to get a big stagnant in this situation. Boston is 3-15-1 OU on the road when they are off two wins in which they never trailed.
Boston has lost Tim Wakefield's last two starts -- 5-4 in extra innings and 3-0. This is a strong UNDER SITUATION, as the Sox are 5-17-2 OU as a dog when they lost the last two games their starter started. In addition, the Red Sox are 2-17-1 OU when Tim Wakefield starts on the road and the Sox have won their last two games and 0-8 OU when Tim Wakefield starts and their line is within 20 cents of pickem vs a team that has lost at least their last two games.
In Robertson's last start, the Tigers beat the Yankees 8-4, with Nate pitching 5 and 2/3 and getting the win - his first of the season. Robertson is MUCH stronger off a win than off a loss. In fact, the Tigers are 6-21-1 OU with Nate Robertson when they won the last time he started. We're getting great line value here. Take the UNDER.

I went 1-2 yesterday for a small loss of 2 units. Let's try to get a winning day today with these selections:

Boston -10 +1.02 (3 Unit Play) - I am making this play on the Celtics here tonight because quite honestly the line appears to be high after the way that the Celtics played against Atlanta last series. I think Boston learned there lesson by taking teams lightly and are now facing the team that represented the Eastern Conference last year in the NBA Finals. The Celtics big three were well rested last game as they completely demolished Atlanta on Sunday so fatigue should not be a factor for this game. During the regular season the underdog covered every game in this series but this is the playoffs and Boston should be rocking this evening. I'm not sure James has the supporting cast necessary to win this series and Boston will want to take full advantage this evening. Boston was 57-31 ATS this year and are used to covering large spreads and I think they will get the job done this evening. Take the Celtics tonight.

Florida -1.03 (3 Unit Play) - This game dropped almost 20 cents since yesterday and I will gladly make a play on the Marlins here tonight. Olsen for the Marlins had his problems last year but he has been pitching extremely well thus far this year as he has posted a 2.70 ERA in 40 innings pitched and has a 1.12 WHIP in those outings. He has had some problem with the walk so far this year but he has shown some maturity that he has not shown in the past this year. Meanwhile the Brewers own one of the worst bullpens and have Suppan on the mound today and all he has done in his road starts this year is post a 7.84 ERA in 20 2/3 innings and has a very high WHIP of 1.69. The pitching discrepancy between these two pitchers has me making a play on the Marlins here tonight.

Cincinnati +1.02 (3 Unit Play) - The Reds were able to win yesterday and break their losing streak and now have their best starter on the mound tonight in Aaron Harang. He has been outstanding so far this year at home as he has posted a 2.14 ERA in 21 innings pitched allowing only 13 hits and he has struck out 20 batters while walking only 5 compiling a 0.86 WHIP. For the Cubs they also have their best starter on the hill tonight in Zambrano but Big Z is not as good so far this year on the road compared to what he has done in Wrigley Field. Zambrano has a 3.46 ERA on the road in 13 innings of work and has a 1.46 WHIP on the road so far this year. The Cubs are struggling a little bit right now scoring runs as Ramirez has been out of the lineup for three games straight and Harang will make it tough on them tonight. Harang has went 2-0 in two starts with Chuck Meriweather behind home plate umpiring while Zambrano has went 0-2 in his two career starts with Meriweather. The home team has went 4-2 so far this year with Meriweather behind the plate and I will take the Reds again at home here.
