Double Dime - 579 Houston Baptist -1.0 (-110) Sportsbook.ag vs 580 Campbell

Analysis: Campbell's dramatic run from the 7th seed to the final of the Big South Tourney (where Winthrop ended the fun) helped it become qualified for this event. But, as mentioned, the Camels were the seven seed in their conference tourney, which explains why they're not favored in early action at the Nevada sports books against under-the-radar Houston Baptist, which caught fire down the stretch and had a nine-game win streak broken by Sam Houston in the Southland Tourney last week. The Huskies have plenty of offense (79 ppg), their bench (nine players averaging double-digit minutes) is deep, and they have a legit post scoring threat in 6-11 Josh Ibarra (12.1 ppg, 59% FGs). A meatgrinder non-league slate that sent HBU to places like Texas Tech, New Mexico, Marquette, and Indiana suggests HBU will not be intimidated by the Camels' Gore Arena, which barely seats 3000. Analysis:
"CBB GOM" 3* on WAKE FOREST +2 (-115)

We have the wrong team favored here IMO. I was waiting this out to get us the best possible number, and I do think that +2 will be the best for us here. I really like how this Wake club is playing right now. They have beaten some VERY QUALITY clubs of late && they played 3 very good teams very closely (VTech, Duke and Notre Dame) over their last 10 games. Kansas St. has lost 6 of their last 10 ballgames & they have not played the quality of teams as Wake has over the clubs last 10 ballgames. This Wake Forest club, has the edge in every important category except for points allowed. K St. plays at a slower pace, so I really do not care about that stat. Wake Forest should be able to control the boards and limit what Kansas St. does on 2nd chance points. On the flip side, Wake should get their share of 2nd chance points from offensive rebounds. I also like the nice edge we have with Wake at the free throw line. They're a solid FT shooting club, while K-St can struggle from the FT line. We also have easily the best player on the court here with John Collins for Wake. The bottom line for me here, is that I have Wake winning this game by 5-6 points and I'm all over WAKE FOREST at this price and in this spot on Tuesday Night.
