Cardinals PK over Raiders (First Half)
Arizona’s first team has looked good in the preseason. This is a team that could have went deep in the playoffs, but were hit hard with the injury bug. Simply put, the Cardinals starters are better than Oakland’s. I do like the direction this Raiders team is heading, but they still are young and the talent is not there yet as far as making a run. Arizona has great receivers who have been in the system so I expect them to have a decent first half. In the second half the Cardinals will play two QB’s that probably won’t be on the roster or they will be on the practice squad so Oakland might make some noise in the second half. I am concerned with evaluating first and second team talent and couldn’t care less about the guys that are not going to be on the team come next week. Take the Cardinals for the first half.

The Giants are dealing with a banged up lineup right now and I just think Kelly is fresher and a better starting pitcher in this game. This Cardinals Bullpen is rock solid and right now they are gearing up for a World Series run. This should have a playoff atmosphere to it. Take St. Louis.
