i've been a lurker and some time poster when i've been hot for 2 years or so...to all you guys begging for picks...be careful...these handicappers are a lost cause...they're not any better than some of the good cappers on this page...when i see the desperate begging for these guys picks and the criticizing for the lack of certain picks on here, it bothers me...i understand that some of them get on a tear and do well, but mostly they kill you...i work at a place where a guy went tout (he's one of the guys often asked for on this page) and i'll never forget his remark when i kidded him about not being that good...he said, "all these morons just want someone to tell them what to play,"...as sad as it is, it's true...betting is betting...don't put your faith in these guys, 95% of the time, they are scam artists. save your time and money.

The Pirate have finally gotten their first home win after taking care of business last night against the Reds...and what I really like about that win is the fact that with so much pressure on them to get the win...they did so by only a 1-0 score which really shows me a lot, because they didn't allow that pressure to cost them in such a tight game...
So expect them to get to the ballpark this evening feeling great and looking to just go back to having some fun playing ball which is the best thing for a team when they have such a long season ahead...and to make matters even better, tonight we get the home team at a price of only -120...
Not only do I like the price, but I love the pitching match-up as we get to back Ian Snell who has pitched 12inn so far and has a WHIP of only 1.08 which tells me that he has been pretty dominant and without baserunners, its pretty hard to score runs...and you can just tell that when he is on the mound, his offense comes to the park ready to produce because in his 2 starts, they have given him an average of Over 10runs of support...
His opponent tonight is the reason for the great price on Snell because Arroyo could more or less be considered an Ace for the Reds, and although the season is very young...his stuff has not looked impressive at all as he has split his 2 starts but a closer look shows a WHIP up over 1.50 and an era close to "6" and hasn't gotten out of the 5th inning...
Overall, this just looks like a solid spot to back the Pirates coming in off that big win for them last night and with the starter who has done the best work for them so far this year...lets lay the -120 with PITT tonight and look to CASH our 3* BEST BET.
