The San Diego State Aztecs has the distinction of being the worst team in the Mountain West Conference with a record of 1-4. The only victory for the Aztecs came against Idaho, one of the worst teams in the country. The Aztecs have not been able to stop the run giving up 245 yards rushing per game and will have the nightmare of trying to stoop the triple option of Air Force. The Falcons are one of the best running teams in the country averaging 270 yards rushing per game. The Aztecs are coming off a 41-7 loss to TCU. The Horned Frogs ran for 381 yards against the Aztecs in the blowout. The offense will probably be without the services of quarterback Ryan Lindley. In their meeting last season in Colorado Springs, The Falcons ran the ball down the Aztec’s throat in a 55-23 victory. The Falcons ran the ball 64 times for 569 yards in that victory. The Falcons are coming off a disappointing 33-27 loss to Navy after out gaining them by 157 yards. Take the Falcons can still make a bowl game and will take of business here against a conference opponent.
