The Dodgers are hitting just .242 as a team and averaging only 2.3 runs per game over their last 7, while the Rangers are batting only .211 as a team and averaging 3.1 runs per game over their last 7. Combine those poor hitting stats with the stats for the two starters tonight, and the under is an easy play. Dodgers starter, Randy Wolf has posted a 3.29 ERA on the road this season, while Texas' starter, Scott Feldman has just a 3.00 ERA this season at home. The Rangers won last night's game 6-0, but until both teams start putting up some runs, the smart money is on the under when these two match up.

We'll add that to Roy Oswalt, who has never really gotten it together this year, posting a 5.21 ERA and a 1.42 WHIP over his last three starts. The Over is 7-1 in Arizona's last 8 games overall and 6-3 in Houston's last 9 overall. For two teams that don't score many runs, they have a tendency to give up a lot. I'm looking for both of them to do just that tonight.
