No problem fellas.

Capt, good to see you around.

The one play I really like is TN. The line movement in the Wichita St/Mizzou St game is strange, but gonna go with it.

Official Plays:

Tennessee +2
Mizzou St. +4

Furmanski - Thanks for resurrecting this "system" ( for lack of a better word). Had a nice run during the bowls. I appreciate your efforts and look forward to the Madness with your posts as another tool to beat the spread.

1-1 on the night....Figured I should have stayed away from Mizzou St. with the huge line move late in the afternoon.

Oh well. I will try and get this updated as often as possible with the conference tourneys coming up.

I wrote this up during the bowl season. It basically applies to CBB and the NBA as well. I am going to try and tweak it a little for the NCAA tournament and incorporate line moves and public betting as well.

The goal with this thread is to FADE the tout consensus. I look for LARGE differences in what the touts are on and play the OPPOSITE side. By large difference, this is solely up to the individual, but I look for between a 10-15+ difference on the SIDES and at least 20-25 touts on the game.

Totals are another beast to themselves. There aren't as many touts that post them as plays, and as such it is harder to get a good consensus. However, if there are enough touts on one side vs. the other, then I will play it as well. THIS IS VERY RARE THOUGH.

It has worked well in the past. Many of these scamdicappers are simply out for people's money from buying picks regardless of whether they win or lose, and don't know anything about the game.

There are more people that play games during the bowl season, NCAA tournament, and the NFL playoffs than anything else. Thus, these guys will give picks that suck. (I have my own opinion as to how they are tied into Vegas, but that is another conversation).

It is up to you as far as what you play, I am just trying to add more information so people can see where these guys are telling people to put their money.

BOL and use this information as a tool with everything else on this site.

I can see this going OK, but we may want to measure tout
consensus to public opinion.

Strong loss if public and all touts on same play
Strong win if public not on and touts are.
