Seriously, to my friends and foes on the "right", this is how you can win....

First off, I'd like to try to be substantive and civil in this thread.

We all know how well the smear shit worked for Hillary, right? Yet the right continues on with this strategy. I happen to agree with the following analyst, as much as it pains me. He's a Neocon and y'all know how much I detest these folks.

However, his views shouldn't go unnoticed, not by the right, nor by the left.

Despise the guy, but his logic makes sense for you rational righties and would be good advice for the McPalin camp (we'll see if Johnny goes this route or not):

I completely agree with that, but he is to weak to pull this off. For all his maverick crap that he says he sure as hell hasn't held up to that. IMO all he had to do was vote against the bailout and he picks up a surge because then people think he is listening to what they are saying. Secondly he didnt have the balls to say in the debate that the economy is in trouble and here are my ways to turn it around. Instead he said the economy is going to rebound soon. Get the fuck outta here. Someone in this race needs to be honest because in my opinion both are full of it. By the way I am Liberterian/Republican and I dont think I can vote for either of them because both obviously believe in socialism and that is not something I can support. Just my 2 cents.

Got it man. I personally and not voting for either, nor do I have to.

Further explanation: Taking a quick look at the electoral map and the strong Red and Blue states......

I live in Arkansas, where it's over. State is McCain. I don't want to give either side my vote so I'll vote for Barr, or perhaps a write-in. I'd say to all you folks in the battleground states, your choice matters this time around. But all the states that are pretty much sewn up, we can send a message, albeit small, that there is a groundswell of "none of the main parties above" sentiment.

I am considering Barr since I basically agree with him and like him giving the big F.U. to the GOP.

I may write-in RP or even Jesse Ventura. He's my favorite, and lord knows we could use a comedian AND a libertarian in the WH. Could you imagine Pelosi pissing off ole Jesse? LOL.
