Honestly would be playing Rutgers +7 if I wasn't a die hard Syracuse fan. Cuse usually struggles at the RAC and it is one of the hardest places to play in the Big East. Should be a lower scoring game. I'm hoping for a Syracuse blowout and it is possible, but I would never lay 7 at the RAC. If you MUST play a side on this game I would go Rutgers
