Looking over the card now...actually looking over the card for the next week to see where some things and games are going to lineup. I am really hoping Boston wins their next 4-5 games, including @ LA on Christmas, as I will absolutely unload on the Warriors and Warriors ML. I say if they go unbeaten up til and past the Lakers this is where they will slip. I have seen it time and time again..Big streak...win the big challenge...slip-up the very next game.

Will be back within the hour with a few plays for tonight

One for sure:

Denver/Cleveland Under 198---2 units

Not so new look Nuggets have their biggest game IMO since the Iverson trade and it is on national TV. Nuggets have stepped up their defensive intensity and have been one of the leagues best teams since the trade. Time to show the world that they can play defense and play with the best teams in the league. The Nuggets should no longer be a one and done team in the playoffs and they , like Portland and Orlando last night, have a chance to prove this in the spot light. Cleveland on a big streak as well , absolutely dominating everyone they face. I say Cle loses tonight and they are not going to be outscored. They will simply fall off slightly on offense and not be able to catch Denver. Defense wins this game. YES (den vs cle) and DEFENSE will win it

SA, what are you leaning on the side of CLE/DEN. i cant see CLE losing two of 3 the way they have played the last month, but i could see DEN beating them. DEN has owned them for the most part recently winning 7 of 10. both teams are improved this year too. I agree that defense wins this one, but for some reason i think DEN will be a little too much for CLE to handle with Z out/injured.

Do you have any leans on the Detroit/Utah game. With Boozer out, I really like Detroit -2.. Thanks in advance

Den was on my initial leans but I scratched it primarily because Denver usually blows when on national tv. All capping goes out the window. I hope they win as I am a Melo follower, but I can't pick a side , hence the under...think its played in the 180s

as for detroit they also were on my initial leans, as UTAH blows on the road, but I can't figure Detroit out this year. They can be one of the best or worst teams in the east on any given night

Don't be fooled by Clevelands recent run. Only winning team the Cavs have beat on the road is Dallas at the begining of the season and they're only 7-6 at home. Their losses are at Bos, N.O., Det and Atl.. Not too mention this is a payback game for the Nuggets who they beat back in Nov. Nuggets responded to that loss by beating Bos. in Bos. the next night. This time they get to payback the team that beat them.

When in doubt of a game between 2 powerhouses in the NBA, ALWAYS take the HOME team. Always.

This one I will say with all earnestness was a good call even though it didnt look pretty for most of the game. IMO...if the Cavs werent shooting lights out (70%!) in the first half, this game would of stayed way under.

btw... lebron is a freakin beast who thrives in big games, and just flat out plays aggressive uncomparable basketball
