Series bet question

I have never bet a series bet prior to this week. I always bet on sides and totals. My question is if the series is a four game series, and the final result of the series is 2 wins and 2 losses, is that a push or a loss??

Example:

I took Royals at -132 to win the Orioles series. The Royals won the first two games, and the Os won the second two games. Series tied 2-2; however, my bet was graded a loss?? Seems like it should be a push to me.

I would appreciate any help on clearing this up.

Thanks,

Hookem

that's a win everywhere i play series. i've never seen it anything but the first three games and the fourth doesn't apply.

This...a 4 game series should be treated like a 3 game series. Sounds like you bet on the Orioles and not the Royals if it was graded as a loss! :ohno:

I'm confused on that Hook'em. I would think it should be a push or the last game shouldn't count towards the 4 game series. I'd def. send a question to the book's support.

A friend of mine bet a series bet on tex vs sea in a 4 game series and they graded it as a loss after sea was up 2-1 with 1 game left to play. very odd, but since sea won the 4th game he didnt bother to question it. it doesnt make sense why 2-2 isnt a push

It would certainly make sense if you read the rules to series bets by the sportsbook in which the wager was placed.

okay, I figured it out.

The series bet was graded a win. I misread - the loss I saw was from last night's game. Both had the same price, -132...my bad :ohno:

Thank you all for your help!!!
