my son has managed to get himself in a bind down in florida-i tried sending him money via western union on my computer but they keep asking me for my zipcode and it wont go through.
can i go to a western union with cash and send money to him from c/r and should i use dollars or colonies or it doesnt matter.
theres another company money gram has anyone used them they have a office close to my home

Send somebody to moneygram for you, if your status isnt 100% legal they will will not take your money(and yes they look at every page of your passport now)

which is faster

should i have it sent into his bank acct or is it quicker to have him pick it up

MG takes about five minutes to send and he can pick it up instantly(assuming he is not behind bars of course), its really in case you havent ever done it before. Just send somebody to BCR with the cash, his full name spelled correctly, and his address. He will be able to pick it up on his end as soon as the info is fed into the machine.

the banks are probbly closed for good friday hopefully i can find one open saturday thanks for you help i have an account at bcr but ill send my wife in to do the dirty work my spanish sucks

Moneygrams can be easily picked up at any Florida Walmart during the hours of 9am to 9pm

i have an account at BCR too, but since my passport/stamps were out of date(pending immigration shit)they wouldnt let me send even a small amount. They were like "what are you even still doing here" I said Im married, they said show me your cedula or get your passport stamped and sent me on my way.

MG is cheaper but WU has a location at pretty much every mas x menos.....send the wife to the mas x menos in novacentro or the one in Guadalupe........the fee is going to be like 15 dollars/100 sent

if time is of the essence that is the way to go
