any draw backs? other than i have to wait 10-12 business days to deposit...

any advice appreciated

Sending any particular type of Money order? PO or what type will they accept. It should not take 12 days for a money order to clear but better than nothing.

 

How about american express travelers checks? Anyone ever use those.

When the money order gets there they might issue a credit, but you will not be able to cash-out.

This was the case with a poster here. I can't recall his handle, but you may be able to search it. I think someone even suggested he do a bank-wire next time.

I wouldn't think it would take more than 2 weeks tops to clear a MO, regardless of where it was sent.

Good luck qwerty90210. Should be no problem at all as long as you are cool with the time frame. As said, if you call in advance, they may allow you to play until clearing.

Could someone from The RX --List the books which will take money orders.

I was not aware that they did this . One site specifically states; "No money Orders".
